Abstract |
Background. Modern technologies development in various areas of science and equipment leaves a mark on requirements to various professions. Active development of interdisciplinary communications generates need for new competences and sometimes
new professions. Therefore the increasing relevance is gained by the concept of lifelong learning education on the basis of an individual professional trajectory. As a main objective of research studying of the conditions necessary for formation by higher education
institution of professional trajectories and system of lifelong learning education was put. The following tasks were solved: studying of a basic information for development of educational programs is carried out; the conditions necessary for formation of a competitive
educational product are noted; some programs of lifelong learning education support in Russia and abroad are submitted; instruments of feedback with interested parties realization are offered.
Materials and methods. Research relied on studying of the existing trends of the higher and professional education sphere development taking into account globalization processes in the market of educational services and requirements of quality management in the sphere of the higher education standards. In work the analysis of development of the higher and professional education programs in Russia and in the EU countries directed on formation of the lifelong learning education system corresponding to individual professional trajectories is used. Results of students poll about the relation to additional education are given.
Results. As a result of standards of quality management requirements studying in the sphere of the higher education the conditions necessary for formation of an individual professional trajectory of the employer who is best adapted under requirements were created:
orientation to the consumer and accounting of interested parties requirements, lifelong learning training, open and available education.
Conclusions. Interest of student's audience throughout education is revealed practically. On the basis of the international practice of
lifelong learning education studying was offered the model of a professional educational trajectory taking into account interaction academic and business environments.
